Fast food and snacks are very tempting when your cravings come a-knocking. But remember: You are what you eat. Therefore, to save your skin, avoid them as much as you can. Chips, burgers, fries… Processed foods in general have more saturated fats, which are harder to break down. One bodily chemical reaction leads to another, and you will end up with pimples here and there.
