Other than having a proper well-balanced diet and drinking lots of water, exercising is also a great way to detox. Sweating it out helps to achieve a cleaner complexion (which is quite the point of detoxing).

If you can’t find enough exercise buddies for games like floorball or soccer, you can always opt for activities that require only one person – you. Some of these are pilates, jogging and roller blading. If you have someone to accompany you, sports like badminton or tennis are great too. Alternatively, you can get a group of friends over, play a kickboxing video on TV and have fun!
