FOTD: Romantic Sunset

I have to say this has been my most successful and favourite FOTD I’ve ever done. I’ve never really been this adventurous in my personal makeup before but it’s been soooo long since I really dressed up to go out and I just had to go all out even if just for a little bit.

I apologise for the blur picture of the close up of my eye. I don’t have a DSLR so my pictures can’t get really exquisite. So here are the things I used for this look:

For Face: Shu Uemura’s Black Compact Foundation, Physicians Formula’s Shimmer Strips Custom Bronzer, Blush and Eye Shadow in Malibu Strip/Pink Sand Bronzer and Physicians Formula’s Magic Mosaic Multi-Coloured Custom Blush in Nude/Warm Nude.

For Eyes: Urban Decay Primer Potion, the shade Honeycomb of The Body Shop’s Shimmer Cube Palette 06, the top right and middle two shades of my Wet n Wild Coloricon Palette in 248 Lust and Dior’s Diorshow Extase mascara.

For Lips: Labello’s lip balm and Chanel’s Rouge Allure in 62 Ardent.

I hope you liked this look just as much as I do! It started off with an original plan for a gold and black smokey eye but turned out to be something so exotic. Love it!
