An Introduction to REN Skincare

by Roxanne C.

Just last weekend, I attended the a skincare workshop by REN Skincare at Escentials Paragon Singapore. It was an event to introduce those of us who attended it to the skin loving products from REN, a natural skincare brand. Here are just some pictures I took that day!

An Annick Goutal stand, looking pretty and all.

The award winning REN Moroccan Rose Otto Body Wash and Body Cream.

The room in which the workshop was held. Pretty cozy, I’d say!

REN Skincare is a brand that prides itself on “clean skincare” without the use of harmful substances like parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and more. Every product is 100% plant and mineral-derived. Created with the 5 principles of having the right ingredients, right science, right product experience, right environmental impact and right attitude in mind, REN is a brand on a higher notch than many others, and it’s not going to be easy to level the playing field.

Come August, the REN Photoactive Sun Veil SPF 15 will be launched in Singapore. The special aspect of this new product is that it contains noni extract, which helps the skin to better absorb red light from the sun, thereby increasing the production of elastin in the skin. You’ll be able to find this at the Escentials outlets at Paragon, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and Tangs Orchard. Just a word of caution though: It contains alcohol so if you, like me, are allergic to this ingredient, it’s better to explore the other products from REN, some of which do not contain alcohol at all. I’d recommend the range for sensitive skin!

I would really like to try some of these products, but infortunately they're not being sold in Bulgaria.
You look very pretty, btw! I love the jacket! 🙂

Thank you for leaving a comment! What are the more popular and better makeup brands in Bulgaria? I'd love to try some!
