Just sharing a quick swatch today. I was feeling like some dark nails with glitter and thought of using my OPI Eiffel for This Color and China Glaze’s 1132 Luxe and Lush. The top and bottom coats were from Scotch Naturals.
I was just done doing my nails when the sun started setting and I caught sight of the finished manicure under the warm sunlight. It was so beautiful, I had to take a shot of it before it got ruined (just in case). Rush, rush, rush. Got the tripod out, got the DSLR out, found the perfect position and angle to take the shot and after about 20 shots, I finally got what I wanted. Isn’t it just the perfect mix? A great one for fall, don’t you think?

An island getaway at Koh Phi Phi, Thailand, in the summer of 2009.
I’m a beach person. I love places where the ground, the sea or ocean and the sky all come together. This picture was taken when I was on holiday at Koh Phi Phi in Thailand, one of the very beautiful paradise islands near Krabi. I don’t remember which island this was – we went island hopping – but I do remember we had the entire stretch of beach to ourselves. Where is the most beautiful beach you’ve ever been to in your life?
