Audrey Hepburn once said, “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says, ‘I’m possible!’” On the more literary side, Shakespeare himself expressed, “We know what we are, but know not what we may be.”

Today I’m very happy to let you all in on another piece of good news: I’m collaborating with Maku Store Singapore for the next few months (at least) as one of their preferred bloggers in Singapore! I never thought the day would come, when I would be able to partner up with fashion brands for Laced Ivory, and I’m just so thankful that all these have happened!

Maku Store Singapore currently only has one outlet in Singapore, located at Bugis Junction. The brand originated in China, and due to its popularity, was able to expand into the other Asian countries like Taiwan and Malaysia. I took a trip down to the store at Bugis one afternoon and got to see their products for myself.

Not only do they have a wide variety of products, ranging from women’s handbags, luggages and clothes to men’s backpacks, everything in store is exclusive to Maku Store! New designs are added daily, and once sold out, you can’t find the same designs restocked. The quality of the products at Maku Store is definitely one-of-a-kind, where quality fabric and materials, such as YKK zippers (even Chanel uses YKK), are used in the manufacturing process, and so you get your money’s worth! The designs are something I would carry – they are up-to-date, so you don’t look like you’re still stuck with something from 3 seasons ago.

Here’s how you can score a discount at Maku Store:

If you follow Laced Ivory and Maku Store Singapore, you can get a 15% discount off your purchase immediately! And if you trade in an old bag of yours (either a sling bag, backpack or shoulder bag), you can purchase one from Maku Store Singapore at 20% off! If your trade-in bag is a Maku branded bag, you’ll get a whopping 30% off!

I do drop by the store once every couple of weeks, so if you can, do come by when I announce it on Twitter (you can follow me here)! You can find Maku Store Singapore at #03-20, Bugis Junction, 200, Victoria Street, Singapore 188021. Any enquiry can be mailed to them at customercare@makustore.com.sg, and you can also call them up at +65 6337 6258.
