Embrace green tea (the one that comes in the tea bags). It’s well known for its antioxidant properties and it helps to flush out toxins from your system. One glass of it a day will help in the health sector. However, taking too much of it will lead to what I call caffeine withdrawal symptoms, so do watch out for that. Besides detox, green tea also helps to prevent cancer. To that, I say, “Drink up!”
